3.	Contact your WARN Regional Representative with questions and ideas.
4.	Fill out the Signature Page and have the appropriate authority from your utility sign it. Please note the new signature page is posted.
5.	Fill out the Emergency Contact Form.
6.	Mail the Signature Page and the Emergency Contact Form to the WARN State Steering Committee Chair.
